The car provided had rear-end damage. In addition the windows had not been cleaned. The return location at the Rome airport was not clearly marked.Reviewed 7. May 2026

Florence office never mentioned that the Ravenna office would be closed upon our arrival.. that location also had no after hours drop off. I was charged for theft and collision that I did not authorize. I am disgusted with the service and the car. We asked for an intermediate SUV, they gave us a VW golf. Pathetic.Reviewed 16. Jul 2025
