The hotel was fine in every respect except the staff. Only one person out of the five I dealt with had a problem solving attitude. Some lied (we are completely booked she said but I was able to get a reservation online), expecting us to check out at 11:00am and recheck in at 3:00pm because she couldn’t give us the same room consecutive nights, telling us they couldn’t put a letter in the outgoing ...
