First the postives: it is walking distance from Smith's grocery store and all the restaurant and shopping one could hope for. However they don't clean the rooms everyday. In fact it's more like every 3 days!! I stayed for 5 nights and only one cleaning was scheduled but I insisted on my last day to have it cleaned again. This is not acceptable!

Pros (+) Keith at Getaroom was very helpful in getting me and my fiancé to a different hotel when Kayak completely and utterly messed up.
Cons (-) The Ramada Draper had never heard of me, was fully booked, and never received my payment. The staff were rude and standoffish, and told me it was my fault. I called kayak and was passed on to Getaroom, which after around half an hour of inane marimba music on repeat, were able to put me in touch with one of their managers.
