The staff did everything they could to provide an accessible room. The bathroom very nice but you have to climb in a tub. The bed was so squishy and hollow in the center. Most people needing an acceptable room need a hard resilient bed. Not one you have to stain so hard to get out it was that bad. If you need a an accessible room go elsewhere.
