Pros (+) Room amenities - microwave, refrigerator, cable tv.
Cons (-) No coffee, $20 deposit, when I checked out clerk/owner reminded me of deposit - she asked me point blank if I had smoked. It was a non smoking room. I replied no. She gave refund back something in room made noise most of night, I think it was refrigerator. Back window looks down on neighborhood playground.

Cons (-) Rooms weren't clean Smelled horrible Lady was trying to charge more money! Not going back again. Definitely not an 80 or 90 dollar hotel. Maximum for a place like that should be 30 dollars.

Cons (-) They cancelled my reservation for not showing up by 11. I thought I had put somewhere that my flight didn't even arrive until 11, but whatever, mistakes happen.
