Wonderful staff, beautiful room, spacious shower, tall ceilings, double lined curtain for the window, comfy bed, great parking, and convenient yet delicious breakfast! What more could you ask for?

Pros (+) I liked my money being refunded secondary to the incredibly poor customer service, being moved to another room due to maintenance issues, and no refrigerator as advertised. The only plus to staying to here is that it is a direct road to the airport.
Cons (-) I didn't like paying for an upgraded room so I could see a sliver of the Puget Sound (not worth the extra charges between a traditional versus a deluxe room). I didn't like being treated poorly when we complained about maintenance issues or the lack of a refrigerator in the room.
