Pros (+) The recent renovations are nice, rooms are clean, nice linens, and breakfast was convenient and satisfactory. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and good price.
Cons (-) The thermostat was not working in our room. I did not realize this until the middle of the night (it got uncomfortably warm and stuffy) and I could not get it fixed at that time because I did not want to risk waking my kids. The staff was neutral to this inconvenience upon checkout.

Pros (+) The room was very comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and the man at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. I wish I knew his name to tell his manager because he went above and beyond to help and make us feel welcomed.
Cons (-) They probably should warn you it's under construction. The shower was old, smelled of mold and looked dirty. Again it's under construction so maybe they are updating this soon. By 8:00 am they had run out of panckake mix, the lady working wouldn't bother to find the ingredients since, "it doesn't matter we're out anyway." They still had chocolate. It may have been something we wanted but due to al...

Cons (-) THE AC DID NOT WORK WHILE WE WERE THERE. We notified staff several times and no one fixed it. It was warm in the room on a hot, humid day.
