The breakfast was very good, however the water looked and tasted dirty with high iron content. The whole house was cluttered. The bedroom was small and was too warm to sleep even with the fan on. The bathroom was old and also cluttered. Our reservation was messed up because we were supposed to have two beds and only had one. It was not the usual experience you would expect out of a B&B.

Pros (+) I liked everything about this place! Great bedroom, absolutely outa sight breakfast, and then there's Kate. Kate is one of those fantastic people you meet only once in a long while, she went out of her way to make us feel even more comfortable than we would have been in our own home.
