Pros (+) I arrived late to the hotel (10pm) and the staff was very helpful when I told them I had to drop off my rental car at the airport. They sent their shuttle over to the airport and picked me up which really made things simple for me. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.
Cons (-) The hotel was nice overall and I have no complaints - like most hotels in Europe the rooms seem small in comparison to what I can expect in the US. Overall great stay for price and location!
