Getting the car was easy although whatever was described as a full suv turned out to be a standard which was smaller The size of the car did not justify the price and on top there were lots of hidden charges

When I went to pick up the car they claimed no cars available at the price . It was clearly a bait and switch deal. They then offered a car for the same price but tacked on another 800.00 usd for insurance. I explained my Credit Card covers that, they would not accept my card insurance, so I set up an Uber ride who would not come unless I payed more than the Uber rate. I walked out of the airport and got a cab for 20.00 cad instead of 50.00 usd at the airport.

The price that was on the booking form was not honoured - it nearly doubled. They offered me the chance to cancel at the desk but of course by then I was stuck with no transport. This seems to becoming common - Enterprise do the same think at airports
