Supplier choice

KAYAK
Web site indicated pick up at the Port Angeles Ferry Terminal. When we called they said that this service is no longer available. When dropping off the car we asked to use a washroom. Not available onsite. Sent us to a convenience store/gas station. That station was closed!

I made the mistake of making my reservation downtown Victoria which the National employee caught that mistake, since i was at the airport ready to pick up the van. He helped me a great deal by finding me a van available at the airport so I could not be more grateful! Very polite, kind, helpful and provided a lot of information to a newcomer to Victoria! I would rent a vehicle from them again!
