Wry easy process. Ar was upgraded to SUV - that was appreciated. Clerks at the counter were knowledgeable & courteous, explaining g the rental process & what was expected in return. Good pricing for a weeks rental. Would definitely use National again.

To much extra fee's and taxes. In the reservation was the price 400 dollar and at the pickup was the price 600 dollar That is not acceptable!

The final price was much higher than the price in the reservation. Ther was so much extra fee's and taxes. The price goes up from 400 dollar to 600 dollar for 4 days without insurance. That's an increase of 50 percent. That's not really acceptable. That was my first an last time with kayak and budget.

After you add on their third party insurance it was extremely expensive, worked out to be $143 per day. That is extremely expensive in my books. The car was clean though and exactly what we booked.
