Pros (+) We had a fantastic experience. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and helpful. 5 star customer service- front desk, room service, support staff, restaurant staff, even the marina manager was helpful with our inquiry. We ended up extending our stay another night because we were so please with this hotel.

Pros (+) Location at the marina was perfect for us.
Cons (-) We’ve stayed here in the past a few times. Rooms are getting thread bare and outdated. Same for Marker 92. The lamps over the table need attention and replacement. The room we stayed smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Pros (+) It was quiet, comfortable room and beds, good location, didn't really need to leave the property other than high cost of incidentals. For what we paid we got a good deal and were completely satisfied. I would recommend.
Cons (-) Seemed like virtually every server/bartender were late 50's to 60's which normally doesn't bother me except they wore their age on their sleeve. Meaning they seemed burned out and going through the motions. There were visible staff disagreements too. Housekeeping was so-so but we weren't too bothered by that.

Pros (+) The hotel is in a beautiful marina location close to the twon of Cape Coral and about 30 minutes from Fort Myers. It has a daily free water taxi to Fort Myers Beach.
Cons (-) Cleaning and maintenance not up to expected Westin standards. Staff fail to take ownerhsipm of issues raised; but simply pass the buck from one to another. Poor water flow even after filters cleaned. Disturbance before dawn due to on site construction work.
