Pros (+) The walls were so thin we could hear the neighbors being really loud. It was a bit disturbing to hear them have sex again, and again. We were hoping the beds could be moved away from the wall. We finally banged hard enough on the wall and they took it elsewhere.

Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons (-) We booked the king spa suite - no king bed or spa. Bed was a twin and the pull out couch was broken. Room was next to the elevator which made noises all night. Not a good value for your money.
