Pros (+) Great location in a beautiful, coastal neighborhood, nice staff, decent hot water and internet, nice, spacious room.
Cons (-) I feel this place would be a better value for what you get at $20-25/night. Then again, I left in the middle of the night and so didn't really get to take advantage of all they had to offer (e.g., breakfast).
