Cons (-) Clean sheets, towels and floors need to be SHAMPOOED. Wall was nasty where bed was. I itched for at least 1 hour when we checked in. Hot as hell just not going back ever

Cons (-) Room was not inviting and bed was very hard. Towels were old and very used. Shower had a very low stream of water. Asked for 2 pillows, hotel staff would only give me 1. Ice machine not working.
