Cons (-) no elevator, beds were too soft for my comfort and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. Clean rooms, fridge and microwave included. Good breakfast and decent indoor pool.

Pros (+) Rita at the front desk was above and beyond friendly, courteous, and helpful. Also, had a room that was perfect and had the most incredible views of the mountains.

Pros (+) Love the coffee shop and boutique. Did a lot of my Christmas shopping there! Great stuff! Staff are always nice.
Cons (-) The room is usually clean when we stay here, but not this time ... Sticky remote and appliance faces, dirty and wet soap bowel, shampoo container empty. The beds and bedding used to be very comfortable, but the last two times...rough and pelliing sheets ... Feels like sleeping in sandpaper. The pillows are feeling worn out.
