Pros (+) The young lady working at the front desk on 12/25/18 was extremely accommodating towards my family when a medical emergency interfered with our Christmas plans. She allowed us to check into our room early and check out late. She also made special arrangements for us to use a conference room to celebrate together when we couldn’t be at my moms house.

Pros (+) Beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud they were that soft!
Cons (-) The noise traveled too easily from the rooms next door and down the hallway hit or miss through out the night! Picked a wrong night to use the pool as a pool that was designed for lap swimming had 15 people in it the entire night.Guess that's what happens when you stay over the weekend.
