Pros (+) The room had good space to navigate the room. Bathroom had very good bars near the toilet. The wall mounted shower chair was study, but it was a bit small. The bars in the shower were strong, but it could use one or two more. Overall, it was one of the best for accessibility that I have found.
Cons (-) Ran out of waffle mix.
