Pros (+) The breakfast barely have choices...all the staff are mad to the world!!! Everyone was not smiling from the time you check in to check out.
Cons (-) I ask housekeeping to make my pull out sofa she was slamming the bed she was really mad!

Pros (+) beds were fine, most employees were also ok but seemed to lack direction or training.
Cons (-) first room reeked of smoke. second room was dirty. vacuumed myself so as not to wait as kids had to get to sleep. Next day found mold in ice bucket (in room), and coffee pot was dirty. The filter in the a/c unit had a thick blanket of dust and lint (yes, i always check these). Girl at desk offered to speak to manager about reducing room rate for issues. We were there four days, never heard a word ...

Pros (+) I needed a place to pull over and rest for the night. I was able to make my reservation online and walk right in afterwards with no issues whatsoever. The process was smooth. I liked the free parking, free wifi, and that there was a free breakfast offered.
Cons (-) The breakfast was adequate, but it could have been better. It had the simple things like cereal and bagels, but there were no scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, or anything of that nature. It was enough to get me started for the day but I found myself wanting more options.
