Cons (-) Room smelled like Indian cuisine was cooked in there for 10 years straight with no venting. Was right next to the office and I could hear every time the phone rang or someone opened/closed a door. People partying in the courtyard until 1am and the bed smelled like wet dog.Room 113 was terrible.
