Pros (+) The staff was willing to correct errors and the hotel was located in a great location.
Cons (-) Was served expired yogurt for breakfast, was originally put into a room with an unmade bed and coffee stains all over the tables, then transferred to a different room with a really nasty stain on the couch cushion.
