Pros (+) The A/C unit worked amazing.
Cons (-) The housekeeping lady kept trying to come in after I told her no and had the 'Do not disturb' sign on my handle. The pillows were flat. My bedding was previously stained.

Pros (+) My toilet was running had a bad plug. I told them about it cause running water drives me crazy. When I got back from my visit it was fixed. Then my room key won't work and that was fixed in a minute.
