Older plane with finicky seats. Crew often seem to focus on "pet" clients and over extend services to some over others. I get less attention since I'm not a regular business class client. Regardless, I've paid the money and would expect equal attention.
Excellent experience with business class area. Staff was attentive and food was amazing. Only one bathroom for business class which was logistically difficult for the staff while preparing meals. Need to offer fluids with meals. I did not get enough water to drink. But overall I rate it 5 star.
Flight got cancelled for good (apparently due to jet fuel concerns), and we had to re-book to Hannover, Germany instead.
On time, great food, good drink selection! Only down was alcohol-free lounge. Lufthansa had a much better offering!
Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.
Great food, and lots of it. They made us come to the gate two hours before the flight and you were stuck in the enclosure until you boarded with no bathroom or food or drink. My seat in business class was very claustrophobic, I could barely get into it and a large board blocked the window and made it even more claustrophobic
Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.
Very good. I was happy that business seats were in a 1-2-1 configuration for the long haul flight. The shorter flight was a 2-2-2 configuration which I do not like as much, but it was a 3 hour flight that I slept through.
Some of the best service I’ve ever seen on an international flight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of choices and attention to detail. The seats are kind of old and narrow, but I have wide shoulders. The only area for improvement was making the cabin a little cooler.
We were experiencing delayed for 4 hours and of course they took us to Turkish airlines lounge but we could not rested up since there is no bedroom. It was tiring and long day for us🙏 Especially we didn’t fly until 5:45am morning for Miami🙏😢
i have book the flight with baggage. and i have paid $800.00 for the baggage. when i contacted to JUSTFLY Costumer Service they told me that my baggage was included in the booking. then why i have to pay. i am going to file a complain against it. $800.00 is not at all small amount

Food quality and varites were very minimum. Surprised to have no desserts. Business class tickets should have lounge access and seats selection. They should be allowed to board while people with wheel chair, secial assistance and family with childrem.

Dear Team, I purchased a full travel package that included 2 checked bags through you and JustFly. However, when I arrived at the airport, my ticket showed 0 checked bags. Since I was traveling internationally to India with 2 bags, It was a $200 per bag at the counter, which was extremely disappointing. For an international trip, why would I ever choose a no‑bag option for only $20–$30 less? This seems like an error in the booking process, and I am requesting clarification and a resolution. I have called JustFly and on phone for 1 hr :53 min and they couldn't help till I show some kind of proof etc which isn't possible but besides that love your service and using it for years !

Very friendly and attentive flight attendants, good food service. Seat was comfortable. However, the in flight electronics were poor. The screen froze repeatedly; the controller died; the headphones are a hit or miss; the wifi wasn't usable. Very scarce communication before the flight (no email reminder). Almost impossible to understand in-flight communications (audio was very poor).
The meals were not the greatest and lacking of appetite but everything else was spot on
Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.

Your staff was exceptional. Could teach the other airlines-rules on etiquette, and service. Excellent landings on flights, carried out by your pilots. Only complaint is long delay on return flight in Beijing, onto Vancouver.

I hate that you cannot check in online and when you are at the airport, there aren't any aisle seats left. Also, they could work a little on subtitles for their movies (not everyone is a native English speaker).
Nothing to complain of, the only reason I am not giving better marks is that I am used to flying with ANA and they are the top.

While the lowest fare comes with limited luggage allowance, it suited me perfectly since I was traveling light. Check-in and boarding were impressively fast and hassle-free. The ground staff and cabin crew were exceptionally polite and courteous throughout the journey. I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.

Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.
Food choices limited & not enticing Seats quite uncomfortable & difficult to control
The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
The service was fabulous and the food was excellent. My luggage was left in Frankfurt due to late arrival but it is supposed to arriving on tonight’s flight.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
