Pros (+) I liked the amenities in the room - fridge, dishes, toaster, etc. these things made it smoother to travel with young kids. I also liked the structure/layout of the shower. The room itself, overall, was nice.
Cons (-) The grounds were not kept well. There was litter all over, especially in and around the pool. There were plastic cups and paper towels floating in the pool. Huge let down for my kids. Also, there was no maid service. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels and got a little “attitude” from the office when I did so.
