The service was excellent, except for the illogical and completely incomprehensible requirement that the Kasko insurance amount was 1.5 times higher than the car rental cost. Moreover, even after presenting platinum credit card insurance, a $26,000 deposit was requested. It was the first time in my life I encountered such nonsense.

Terrible!!! They did not have a car in the same class as the one I booked. I was not offered any solution. Then the car they did give me had a flat tire. I had to visit the office three times to get it sorted (impacting my trip). Also, their insurance scam is terrible. I bought premium insurance and I had a letter of coverage but they still forced me to buy expensive insureancs that more than doubled the cost of my rental. They did not offer any solution. I agreed to a $30,000 hold on my card which I had credit for but they could not process it.

first they did not accepted the insurance I bought for damage to the cars and they requested to by the insurance from them. Then they tried to give me a tiny car, when I said no I will not take the car, they gave me a different car. Finally, the pick up took like an hour because the cars were not ready to be picked up. Bad experience!
