You will need to drive on the right-hand side of the road when you rent a car in Puerto Rico. The Puerto Rican roads are well maintained, and most of the signposts are in Spanish. You will come across four toll roads on the island, which cost anything from $0.75 to $3.00 for small vehicles, or you can invest in an electronic payment tag.
