One of the bedside lamps the switch was broken off. I had to change it to the lamp on the desk. The air condition unit rattled all night long. The carpet was old, stained and had a ripple in it. I have stayed at this facility annually for the past 8-9 years and the facility needs some upgrade to the rooms. The front desk person was not rude but certainly was not welcoming.
