Pros (+) Location, parking, pools. Great location on the beach even though our room was across the street. The website doesn't tell you that is a possibility until you show up.
Cons (-) Air conditioner was a wall unit and extremely noisy. Between the air conditioner which had to run all day and the loud dehumidifier it was noisy all day and worse, all night. It made it hard to sleep and if we turned it off the room heated up. The unit was up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. The bathroom was small too.
