Pros (+) The hotel is very close to downtown Nashville.
Cons (-) The room was not ready at 4:00 as their website states. We arrived at 4:45 p m. The front desk employee said that someone would call us when the room was ready. No one called. The room coffee caraf had coffee left in it from the previous guest. There was no soap, shampoo, tub mat, or drinking glasses in the bathroom. They comped us a $10.00 breakfast for our room not being ready. We still had to p...
