Pros (+) Was conveniently located and office staff were nice and reassigned is to a different room that was slightly better.
Cons (-) Smelled of smoke for a none smoking room, urine smell and stained around the toilet , rest room area not clean, mattresses and covers dirty/stained, needed vacuuming of carpet & floors, telephone was not working. If all these were attended to, the cost of the hotel would have been mediocre. Very poor over all. I would not recommend this hotel or visit again.

Cons (-) Mattress was horrible. Giant sunken king and ripped mattress protector and terrible crummy sheets and probably a pile of bedbugs It was the worst sleeping experience in a motel in. Decades
