Pros (+) The happy hour was great and my room was wonderful. Liked the location and people were friendly. When I got upset with one of the staff they handled it really well and I owe him an apology.
Cons (-) I had an early flight and was told I could not get my receipt because the computer system was running the daily update or something. This is not acceptable, the computer system should be able to spit out any receipt at any time.
