Cons (-) The man that went to check us in was absolutely horrific. There was a misunderstanding and he yelled at me saying that I was arguing with him. We then mutually decided to cancel the reservation, he said we would not be charged and we were. The whole thing ruined my day and we were already there for a funeral!
