Pros (+) Everything about Best Western the Inn of Los Gatos Was perfect! The Bed was perfectly the most comfortable bed ever as well as the Décor of the room. Our House cleaning service was outstanding. All employees always had smile and were helpful in every way. Great location...close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this great hotel!

Pros (+) Friendly service; nice smells as soon as you walk in the lobby; updated and stylish decor in lobby and rooms; comfortable beds; coffee and amenities in the lobby area with computer and printer/copier; free breakfast and buffet has a really nice selection. Where the hotel is set, is just beautiful!
