Pros (+) The coffee urns were empty. So disappointing as we left at 9 a.m. and there were 3 urns, all already empty and staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned it. Bed had torn ragged sheets (what//!!?) and an old blanket instead of a mattress pad. When I asked for dinner dishes for 2, two mismatched plates and cheap silverware, no cooking utensils and an old pot.
Cons (-) We arrived at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were appalled to see children hanging in the lobby with 3 adults just chatting with the desk clerk(s). The kids were running around the lobby, holding the doors open, and generally in our way, darting about, while creating a potential unhealthy environment all around.
