The stated pick up time for the car was 5:00 p.m. I arrived at 5:02 p.m. and the place was dark. On the website it says it's open until 6:00 p.m. but they had a paper sign on the door saying the hours were to 5:00 p.m. Why would they allow me to set a pick up time after hours? Ridiculous! So I ended up having to go around the corner and rent a car from Enterprise. Should have done that in the first place.Reviewed 13. Nov 2021
