Cons (-) Arrived around 10:30 pm and had to get up at 5:30 am for my flight. Just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep. I walked into my room and the carpet felt damp. I crossed the threshold into the bathroom and immediately was hit with a strong odor of urine. There was hair and residue all over the bathroom and counter. This lack of hygiene is inexcusable.
