Pros (+) Rooms were large and clean. Decor was very up to date Only issue we had was the door would sometimes stick or not want to open. After a few tries it would be ok though. They do need to do something about the door slamming so loudly, it was all the doors not just ours. Pool area was nice and clean. The view from our room was beautiful!!! Large lobby. Would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) No microwave in room, had to go down to lobby and use the one there. Room door slams pretty loud and hard.

Pros (+) The rooms were a good size. The front desk staff was helpful. Nice pool and other amenities such as sauna, gym, etc.
Cons (-) The restaurant staff was not professional, the food was not very good and it was expensive. It was not somewhere I would return.

Pros (+) Though the restaurant was great, I would have appreciated a 24 Hour self serve coffee stand and maybe a continental breakfast option. Everything else was wonderful, and Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful!

Pros (+) We liked that the hotel had activities within itself: pool, arcade etc. Liked that it was on the river and had a walking area near it. Staff were friendly.
Cons (-) Not much honestly. However, it just an average hotel. Tolls on the way to the falls. Approx. 15 min drive or so.

Pros (+) The location was good for the event we were attending. The river view was nice.
Cons (-) Overpriced for an old worn hotel. Shower head wasn't attached to the wall so when you tried to adjust its aim the whole pipe would move. The bathroom vent did not function and in fact the vent cover was falling off of the wall. There were dead fruit flies stuck to the shower walls. I couldn't tell if there was mold on the bathroom ceiling or if it was a bad paint job over the popcorn ceiling.

Pros (+) Staff was great. Pools are nice. The beds and pillows very comfortable.
Cons (-) There was a dog in the room above us that woke me early in the morning barking non stop most of the day. I left my neighborhood of obnoxious barking dogs and paid good money to relax and be on vacation only to hear an annoying dog bark. Unacceptable!!!

Pros (+) The view of the lake.
Cons (-) Needed updates. The furniture was falling apart. Had to ask for chairs for the balcony. When my husband complained they said Radisson just bought and will be updating in November. I understand that and if that is the case it should not have cost the rate we were charged. The restaurant food was horrible. The staff even seemed disappointed.
