Pros (+) Fire doors broken and left hanging open, room wasn't clean, staff only halfway helpful. Room heating unit was poor and hot water was only barely warm. Terrible value.

Pros (+) Clean, quiet, good air condition and confortable bed.

Cons (-) Clothes rod was as high as the top of door jam. TV controls were much more complicated than they need to be.We have learned to operate most cable box controls but in addition to normal buttons this one had a slide at the top that only allowed the set to work if it was in one position.
