Cons (-) When we checked in, it took three tries to get one of the two door key cards to unlock the room. When we got inside there were dead bugs all over the floor. The room smelled of smoke and must. This was supposed to be a smoke free room. The toilet seat was broke loose and was held on by one of the screws intended to hold it on.
