Dodge Ram- had an annoying shake between 75 and 85 mph like it needed an alignment or wheel balancing. Windshield wiper fluid was full but would not dispense fluid. Gas tank was just above 1/4.Reviewed 2. Aug 2024

The vehicles were good. It was pick up. I was given an address of pick that was vacant. I called and received another address a mile away in traffic. I arrived there and no vehicles were available. I had to call again! I was given another place 3 miles away. During traffic hours which was time consuming. I arrive there and they only had suv's available, I requested a compact car for gas price reasons. The next morning, I attempted to park in a location that required plate registration. I noticed the registration on the vehicle was expired, which meant i could not park the vehicle due to it possibly being towed due to expired plates. . I had to call again, they sent me back to the location which was 120 minutes total out of our family reunion day. I asked is there any compensation due to complete mistakes on their part. They said no. I needed to call and talk to customer service after the rental was returned. It was a terrible experience.Reviewed 18. Dec 2023
